Terms of Service
Plain-English version of the agreement between you and GarageHub when you become a member or use our spaces.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing GarageHub spaces, services, or this website you agree to these terms. They apply to every member, guest, and visitor.
Membership and access
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Day-pass holders may use shared amenities during staffed hours. Dedicated-desk and private-office members have 24/7 access via the issued access card.
- Photo ID is required at first check-in.
- Guests must be signed in at the front desk.
- Membership may be paused for up to 30 days per year.
Acceptable use
We expect members to respect shared space and other members. The following are not allowed on the floor:
- Loud phone calls outside the designated phone booths.
- Open food at desks in the quiet zone.
- Recording other members without consent.
- Reselling access to non-members.
Payments and refunds
Billing cycles
Monthly plans renew on the calendar day you joined. Day passes are billed at purchase. All amounts are inclusive of VAT.
Refund policy
We don't issue refunds for partial-month usage. If we cancel your membership for cause we'll refund unused days pro-rata.
Liability and security
GarageHub provides CCTV-monitored common areas and lockable storage for dedicated desks. Members are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

We collect the minimum data needed to deliver membership services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify members of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
