Refund Policy

Overview

At GarageHub, we strive to provide exceptional services and a welcoming workspace for our members. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring refunds or cancellations. Below is our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all members:

1. Membership Plans

Monthly Memberships:

  • Cancellations made within the first 7 days of payment are eligible for a refund of 50% of the membership fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days of the billing cycle.
  • Members are free to cancel anytime, but the membership will remain active until the end of the billing period

Long-Term Memberships (Quarterly, Bi-Annual, or Annual):

  • Cancellations made within the first 15 days of payment are eligible for a prorated refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After 15 days, refunds are not available, but membership transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Event Space Bookings

Cancellations made:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

3. Meeting Room and Desk Reservations

Cancellations made:

  • More than 24 hours before the booking: Full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • One-time registration or onboarding fees.
  • Day Passes or trial memberships.
  • Fees for amenities or services already rendered (e.g., printing, snacks, etc.).
